Don Rashke, CLU, ChFC
Don Rashke is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC).
Don worked as a printer with the Milwaukee Journal, a family farmer, and an insurance agent before starting TASC in 1975. He is the majority shareholder of TASC.
Currently a consultant to TASC, Don works with management to define goals, to implement plans to carry out strategies, and to encourage controlled growth.
Frank Bastian, JD, CPA
Frank Bastian has practiced law with the firm of Lichtsinn & Haensel, S.C. since 1974.
Frank's law practice has focused on the legal representation of closely-held businesses.
He has provided legal services in such diverse areas as tax planning, buy-sell agreements, contracts, retirement plans, estate planning, and employer/employee relations.
Frank sits on the Board of Directors for over 20 corporations and private foundations.
Linda S. Hoff
Linda Hoff is Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Meriter Health Services, Inc. and Meriter Hospital, Inc. Ms. Hoff is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and an MBA in Health Care Fiscal Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ms. Hoff serves on the Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation (PPIC) Board of Directors and chairs the Audit/Finance Committee of PPIC. She also serves on the Meriter Health Enterprises, Inc., Board of Directors and the Madison Surgery Center Board of Directors.
Ms. Hoff is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Ron Mryen, Ph.D.
Ron Mryen was formerly a Senior Information Processing Consultant with the University of Wisconsin-Extension and President of the Computer Support Group, Inc.
Dr. Myren was an early developer of educational software with a number of programs distributed nationally. He was instrumental in the preplanning and development of TASC’s FlexSystem software.
Ron is President of a computer company that advises clients about planning for and supporting local area networks.
Michael D. Petrushka
Mike Petrushka works with The Alternative Board (TAB) in the Chicago area. TAB is a peer advisory board for owners of small businesses.
He has 20 years of consulting experience helping clients implement transformational changes to their businesses. Mike's major areas of expertise are in sales effectiveness, customer relationship management, and revenue cycle and supply chain management.
He has extensive experience developing and implementating new business processes and information systems.
Daniel N. Rashke, Chief Executive Officer
Dan has over 15 years of experience in the employee benefit field with TASC, and is a
majority shareholder of the company.
He designed FlexSystem, a comprehensive package for the self-administration of Section 125
Cafeteria Plans.
Also directly involved in the development of Maximum Advantage Pension Planning (MAPP), Dan
is trained in the areas of taxation, insurance, and investment.
Douglas J. Weisenberger, MBA, CRP, CLU, ChFC
Doug Weisenberger has been with the North Star Resource Group since 1981.
As a Senior Associate with North Star, he has considerable experience working with families
and small businesses to create and design effective retirement plans. In addition, he is a
specialist in non-retirement investing, life insurance and estate planning.
