Daniel N. Rashke, Chief Executive Officer
Dan has been in the employee benefit field with TASC since 1983. As owner and chief executive Dan continues to be very active in the sales and operations of TASC.
He designed FlexSystem, a comprehensive system for the administration of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans and was also directly involved in the development of AgriPlan and BizPlan. AgriPlan, BizPlan and FlexSystem represents more than 70 percent of TASC's revenue.
Trained in tax, insurance and investment, Dan has authored several articles, provided continuing professional education for the financial and tax community, and has lectured at the University of Wisconsin School of Business on entrepreneurialism. He and TASC have been featured in local, regional and national business publications. Recently, Dan has been honored through the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Program, the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau Torch Award Program for ethics and integrity, and as a community leader with the United Way of Dane County.

Dan is very active with the United Way of Dane County as a member of the Board of Directors and
the Vision Council, and as Chair of the Self Reliance and Independence Community Solution
Team. In addition, Dan is a member of the Dane County Coalition to Reduce Alcohol Abuse, the
American Family Children's Hospital Board of Advisors and the Meriter Foundation Board of
Directors.

Years of TASC service: Maurie has been with TASC since August, 1997.

Maurie has an extensive professional background, in operations, customer service, and
marketing areas, as well as administering employee benefit plans. In addition, he has five
years of public accounting experience.

Andy Bartel, Vice President of
Sales - Group Division
Years of TASC service: Andy has been with TASC since 1994.
Professional Profile:
Andy is responsible for marketing TASC's group services, including COBRAToday, DirectPay,
ERISAEdge, FlexSystem and FMLAMatters. An expert on Flexible Spending Accounts, Health
Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Andy has conducted numerous continuing
education sessions, broker sales training seminars, client enrollment meetings, and has personally
recruited hundreds of active TASC producers. Under Andy's leadership, the group sales
division has grown to include 25 employed sales representatives and five dealer Regional Sales
Directors covering all 50 states. Through his direction, Andy has helped bring TASC more
than six million dollars group sales revenue last year alone.
Prior to being named Vice President, Andy was a Regional Sales Director and Sales Manager for TASC. Andy has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

A father of two, Andy is also a United Way Key Club Member.

Steve Cable, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Years of TASC service: Steve joined TASC in 2009.
Professional Profile:
A Certified Public Accountant, Steve is a senior financial executive with over twenty years
of public accounting and manufacturing experience. Over the years, he has built a record of
accomplishments in cross-functional team building, cost savings, acquisitions and business
results. Steve's career boasts a strong history of business growth, both in top lines sales
and bottom line profits. He worked his way up to Chief Financial Officer of Fiskars Consumer
Products during his 14 year career there. During his tenure with Fiskars, the company
experienced significant growth via a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Since
2001, Steve has served as Chief Financial Officer of Springs Window Fashions, a manufacturer of
window covering products.
Steve holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
Community Commitment/Special Interests
Steve is a Finance Elder at First Presbyterian Church (FBC) in Waunakee, Wisconsin. He
is also a past co-chair and committee member for building campaigns and is a Stewardship Committee
Member at FPC. In addition, Steve is a Committee Member of Habitat for Humanities' Double the
Homes, Double the Hope Campaign.

As the Vice President of Sales - Microbusiness Division, Jack is responsible for marketing TASC's Microbusiness services, including AgriPlan, BizPlan, LegacyGuard, RetirEez and a Wage and Tax Reporting feature. Jack has built and implemented sale and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, and has comprehensive experience in the area of sales managment, coaching, training and development of sales teams. Jack works with insurance professionals, financial advisors, accountants, tax professionals and TASC's sales representatives in the development and administration of employee benefit programs.

Ken has an extensive and varied sales and sales management background related to delivering healthcare products to the operating room, laboratory, and occupational/physical therapy units.
Since joining TASC, Ken has increased our sales coverage, visibility, and market impact through expansion of the Group Sales Division, development of the Microbusiness Division, expansion of the Inside Sales Division, and pursuit of Acquisition opportunities.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.
