TASC ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBERS
Madison, Wis. – Total Administrative Services
Corporation (TASC) announces the addition of Linda Hoff and Jeanan Yasiri to its Board of
Advisors.
Linda Hoff, a Certified Public Accountant, is Vice
President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Meriter Health Services, Inc. In addition to
TASC, Hoff serves on the Boards for Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, Meriter Health
Enterprises, Inc., and the Madison Surgery Center.
Jeanan Yasiri is President/Owner of
Jeanan Yasiri Solutions, LLC. In addition to extensive communications experience, she served
14 years with Dean Health System as Vice President for Service Innovation. Yasiri sits on the
Board of several community based organizations, and has served as Senior Lecturer at the University
of Wisconsin for 20 years.
