TASC ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT TEAM
Madison, Wis. – Total Administrative Services
Corporation (TASC) announces the reorganization of its Senior Management Team.
The first change is the
consolidation of Customer Service and HR/Compliance Departments into one department called
Operations. Tim Kempf has been named the Director of Operations.

The next change is the reorganization of TASC’s
sales office. Director Ken Odom has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, overseeing two
National Sales Directors, one for the Group market and one for the Microbusiness market. In
addition, Ken Odom will also fulfill the Director of Acquisitions role, identifying potential
acquisition candidates.
