TASC is the new third-party administrator of the company’s Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Section 125 Plans

(effective February 6, 2008) it is now the third-party administrator for the 120 Health
Reimbursement Arrangements and Section 125 Plans formerly administered by OptiLife Administrators,
Inc. of Chico, California.
