TASC Announces Changes to its Management Team
At its recent annual Company Meeting, TASC announced the following changes to its management team.
MADISON, Wis. March 20, 2009 -- TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a provider of tax-advantaged medical and other benefit account management services, announces that Steve Cretney has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of TASC. Cretney was previously TASC's Vice President of Business Technology Services.
In addition, TASC announces the hiring of Steve Cable as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Maurie Ash has become Executive Vice President of Finance, Pam Reynolds is TASC's new Chief Development Officer, and Ken Odom has moved into the role of Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Alliances.
Finally, TASC has named Andy Bartel as its Vice President of the Group Sales Division and Jack Hippen as Vice President of the Microbusiness Sales Division.
