is seeking Full and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their Contact Center Inbound
Call Team.
Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) provides complete third-party
administrative services for nationally known products that focus on tax advantaged employee benefit
programs such as FlexSystem, Direct Pay, AgriPlan, BizPlan, and COBRAToday.
The primary responsibility for this position is to offer customer service support
and expertise to providers and customers calling with questions about TASCs employee benefit and/or
tax savings plans.
Interested applicants must be friendly, detailed professionals with excellent oral
and written communication skills and sound computer skills. Candidates will ideally have call
center experience or a background working in customer service. Experience with health insurance,
HRAs, Flexible Spending Plans or other employee benefit/tax savings plans helpful, but not
required.
30-40 hours per week
