Executive Support
The purpose of this position is, but not limited to, facilitating Management’s objectives by providing a high level of organization, enthusiasm and professionalism by maintaining consistency in procedures, by serving as a channel for communication and by combining and utilizing talents, expertise and resources. This is a full-time position and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is an exempt position.
Core Compentiencies
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business, Administrative Assistant.
- A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in an executive support or administrative position.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful and confrontational situations with others.
- Demonstrated higher-level computer skills. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, database knowledge, Project Management software.)
- Ability to create and communicate a sense of urgency.
- Ability to perceive and project what is anticipated to happen and change priorities accordingly.
- Attention to detail while processing high levels of output.
- Ability to multi-task and stay on task with regular interruptions.
- Ability to work (and/or remain flexible) in an aggressive, fast-paced, constant priorities-changing environment.
