The purpose of this position is, but not limited to, facilitating Management’s objectives by providing a high level of organization, enthusiasm and professionalism by maintaining consistency in procedures, by serving as a channel for communication and by combining and utilizing talents, expertise and resources.
 
Core Competencies
• Education:  A minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business, Administrative Assistant.
• Experience:  A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in an executive support or higher level administrative position.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively with professional individuals and strong personalities in high pressured situations.
• Demonstrated high level of confidence and self-motivation.
• Demonstrated high-level technology and computer skills. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, VISIO, and Project Management software, as well as setting up computer and office equipment for corporate meetings and events.)

• Ability to perceive and project what is anticipated to happen and change priorities accordingly.
• Attention to detail while processing high levels of output.

This is a full-time position and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with extended hours as necessary. This is an exempt position.
