TASC is a rapidly growing Third Party Administrator of tax advantaged employee benefit programs who pioneered the use of IRS section 105 to allow small businesses to deduct all of their health care costs.

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, performing New Business preview activities in the Customer Services area.  Previewing activities may include preview, scanning, pending follow up, and auditing.  Secondary responsibilities include special projects as assigned and back-up phone support as required.  This is a full-time, non-exempt position and works Monday through Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm.

Position Responsibilities:
• Previewing of New Business according to procedure including, but not limited to
  Preview  
  Scanning   
  Auditing    
  Report Writing
  Pending Follow Up 
  Process Ownership 
  Ensure commitments to customers are met through process, written communication, and phones
• In depth understanding and knowledge of TASC’s products, services, and processes
  Includes TASC operating systems associated with this position
  Resources for others in Department 
  Training
• Provide input and feedback to process and product management and improvement opportunities to ensure commitments to customers are met.  This includes initiation and ownership of improvement opportunities.
• Actively identify, initiate, own, and participate in problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts.
  Includes effective documentation and communication to appropriate parties, ensuring customer satisfaction
  Demonstrate effective communication between shifts

Core Competencies:
• Education or equivalency to a high school diploma, post high school education, and/or classes outside of high school (preferred)
• Minimum 3-year experience working in professional office environment (preferred)
• Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal skills; ability to effectively deal with stressful and confrontational situations
• Attention to detail while processing high levels of output
• Proficiency and working knowledge of computer skills (e-mail, database entry, word processing, etc.)
• Ability to apply software program relationships and to quickly work with and between multiple programs in identifying and resolving problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constant priorities-changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and stay on task with regular interruptions
• Ability to mentor and work with coworkers in a close and aggressive environment
• Effective abilities in problem resolution and quick decision-making with unique or non typical situation/events related to job duties
• Ability to work well with numbers and identify need for problem resolution through using analytical skills and completing or leading such projects.
