TASC is a rapidly growing Third Party Administrator of tax advantaged employee benefit programs who pioneered the use of IRS section 105 to allow small businesses to deduct all of their health care costs.

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, providing guidance, a methodology, and formal organization of TASC projects. A Project Manager (PM) leads and directs all or part of a project through the deployment and manipulation of resources (human, financial, material, intellectual or intangible). This person is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, overseeing all aspects of projects. The PM sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects, and prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
Position Responsibilities:
*Promotes Project Management Office (PMO): This person will take and provide ownership for TASC
projects.
*Manages Projects Efficiently and Effectively: This person will manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a timely manner.
*Provides different levels of training to staff on PM methodology and tools standardized on
by TASC.
*Operates within TASC’s guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and
Procedures.
*Performs additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management.
Required Experience:
*Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university) plus a
minimum of 2 – 4 years of project management experience.
*Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and technology application and effective time
management skills.
*Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including
strong listening skills.
*Demonstrated high-level organizational skills in organizing resources and establishing
priorities.
*Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
*High-level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, spreadsheet
preparation, Internet research and Project Management software).
*Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
*Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative
solutions.
*Willingness and desire to learn and cross-train in different areas.
