Quality and Customer Satisfaction Supervisor

TASC is looking for an experienced Quality & Customer Satisfaction Supervisor. The primary
responsibility will be to manage, oversee and direct workflow related to the Quality System.
Position Responsibilities:
• Direct supervision of personnel, resource management, coordinating and scheduling work
assignments, and administering performance measurements including customer satisfaction.
• Manage the Corrective Action Program; including root cause, corrective and preventive
action identification and follow through.
• Manage the Customer Complaint Program including data collection, analysis, and corrective
action implementation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements to insure quality
controls.
• Work with Business Development in Customer Satisfaction Survey’s and analysis.
• Interact and coordinate activities with all Customer Service functional areas, including
supervisory back-up.
• Training and Employee Development; Develop and implement programs in product, process, and
cross-training.
• Develop departmental performance matrix and monitor continuous improvement process.
Core Competenties:
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Training and Development, Quality
Systems, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a position with progressive responsibility;
preferably in quality, continuous improvement, six sigma, Lean or TQM.
• Demonstrated supervisory and/or management skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; and demonstrated
listening skills.
• Strong computer skills; working knowledge of MSOffice suite.
• Strong business acumen; customer relations, principles, budgeting and finance skills.
• Ability to problem solve and act decisively. Remain flexible in an aggressive, fast-paced,
and constantly changing work environment.
