Responsibilities:

*Provides technical support to TASC end-users across TASC offices.
*Responsible for answering in-bound calls from employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and office productivity application issue.
*Works daily with people, has solid customer service and follow up skills.
*Requires strong customer service skills

Experience:

*Strong customer service skills
*Basic network administration duties, to include setting up user accounts, passwords and other standard administration.for Windows Server Activity Directory network
*Installing and support of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and peripherals
*Installing, supporting and administering corporate level applications
*Supporting Citrix Servers and Client Software
