TASC’s Achiever Program recognizes those actions – small and large, immediate and long-term – that contribute to the bottom line and support our corporate vision. Excellence may be found in exceptional commitment to service or unusual initiative or outstanding productivity. Process input and improvement, quality, and teamwork also offer potential for recognition.
Whether it’s an on-the-spot affirmation of today’s accomplishment, a major award at the company annual meeting, or something in-between, the Achiever Program recognizes and rewards our employees:
- Bravo! Appreciation Awards – Coming both from peers and the company, Bravo! gives that “ high-five” right in the moment of accomplishment.
- Recognition Awards – Length-of-service, Spirit of Excellence and Cost Saver awards are more formal, company awards, usually given at staff meetings.
- Excellence Awards – Recognizing achievement from Corporate Support to Phone Services to sales & profit, these company-wide awards are given at an annual ceremony.
