The TASC Premium Services Department focuses on meeting special requests that fall outside of our standard product or service offerings.
 
Clients
Clients that enjoy multiple lines of TASC products and services – or have special needs within one line – may benefit from our Premium Services Department. Enhancing our normal, industry-leading service, TASC Premium Services gives Clients the power to determine the level of service they need.
 
Across product lines, Clients can be assigned a dedicated Client Account Representative, receive HIPAA certification for health eligible participants, utilize expert help with creating documents, and more. FlexSystem allows a variety of premium enhancements including Payroll Data File Submission, Non-FSA Premium Tracking, FSA COBRA Administration, Plan Year Changes, Carrier Request for Reimbursement Submission, and a variety of special funding options. DirectPay Clients can also take advantage of Carrier Request for Reimbursement Submission and special Point of Claims Funding.
 
Providers
Providers may need special services as well. Premium Services can make working with TASC even more rewarding. Premium Service options may include a dedicated account representative and an affordable hourly rate for special projects, dental actuarial quotes, or assistance with Requests For Proposals (RFPs).
 
All Premium Services fees are non-commissionable. Premium Services is rightly viewed as a means to provide service to your Clients with unique requirements.
