Dan leads TASC’s HR Operations function, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and facilities.
He brings over 20 years of experience to TASC and has a strong background in human resource strategy, development, merger and integrations, portfolio management, consulting, compensation, HR technology, operations, and quality.
Prior to TASC, Dan served in a variety of HR leadership roles at American Family Insurance and served in the United States Air Force.
Dan has a Master’s Certification in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s Certification in Organizational Design from DePaul University.
