Dan has worked in the tax-advantaged employee benefit field since 1983 and was named TASC CEO in 1995. Under his leadership, TASC has grown to become the nation’s largest privately held third-party administrator with more than 1,000 employees; produces an annual economic value exceeding
$100 million; and serves 80,000 clients across the country, ranging from sole proprietors up to the 8 million employees and retirees of the federal government. With its new Universal Benefit Account platform, TASC is on the verge of disrupting the benefits industry.

In addition to leading the business side of TASC, Dan inspires a deep culture of philanthropy in TASC employees and the community. To encourage giving and volunteerism, Dan has introduced innovative benefits to TASC employees, including paid time off for volunteering and the GiveBack workplace giving platform. Dan and his wife Patti co-founded The Greater Give,
a nonprofit organization founded to compel more giving by cultivating a movement of shared responsibility in the workplace. They also invest in innovative and collaborative solutions in the areas of education, health, and human services through the Dan and Patti Rashke (TASC) Family Foundation.
