As lead executive over our risk management process and teams, Don has over 35 years of diverse experience in audit, financial leadership, risk management, and insurance evaluation.
Don’s previous roles focused on employee benefit insurance and third-party administrators, primarily in the financial services industry. In delivering critical problem solving, accuracy, and efficiency, he helped build strong teams focused on delivering strategic results with an eye on all aspects of “people, process, and technology.”
Besides public accounting, Don has served in executive financial and operational roles. His career has included spearheading the following: establishing a financial audit department, integrating a $1 billion acquisition, improving small group business financial strength, establishing international office operations, overhauling a vendor management process, and more. Immediately prior to joining TASC, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Data Dimensions, helping integrate the organization to life after acquisition by private equity.
