Matthew leads TASC’s Microbusiness Division, which includes AgriPlan, BizPlan, and all sales for companies of 2-50 employees. He is responsible for leading all Microbusiness sales efforts, including the development of the sales model, fostering relationships with Providers, establishing and maintaining sales persistency policies, as well as all brand and marketing strategies. He is also responsible for the profit and loss of the division along with aggressive sales growth.
Matthew has over 25 years experience in the banking and insurance industries. He served as president of a large multi-line independent insurance agency and was on the executive team at WPS Health Insurance where he lead their sales operations.
