Pam is an experienced strategic leader who believes the best results come from aligning the strengths of people, process, and data in the interest of the customer. Pam came to TASC from Nordic Consulting Partners, where she served on their executive leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Nordic, Pam served American Family Insurance in multiple executive and leadership roles, including human resources, integrated customer strategy, customer service touch points, corporate planning, and community investment. Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Analysis/Total Quality Management and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Fun Facts: Pam loves family time and relishes seeing her two college-age sons perform music/theater whenever she can. Pam belongs to a TRX group, enjoys fun runs, and (surprisingly even to her!) is a two-time Wisconsin Ironman Triathlon finisher.
