Chief Executive Officer

Since joining TASC, Pam has worked on new product development and market analysis and has been responsible for the development of many new products and services, including DirectPay Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), COBRAToday, TASC Health Savings Account (HSA), MyCash, and the TASC Card. She has also been instrumental in the development and management of TASC’s Strategy System of Management and assists the organization and leadership in charting and executing the plan to realize TASC’s future.

Andy Bartel

Chief Sales Officer

Andy leads the TASC sales organization, which includes a team of more than 100 sales professionals in Traditional Sales, Large Market Sales, Independent Sales Channel, and Strategic Alliances. He serves on the TASC Strategy Team, President’s Advisory Council, and shares his expertise at TASC Board of Advisors and Inner Circle Meetings. An expert on Universal Benefit Account, Andy regularly conducts education sessions, broker sales training seminars, and client enrollment meetings, and he has personally recruited hundreds of active TASC producers.

Brad Hoffman

Chief Service Operations Officer

Brad leads TASC’s Customer Care, Account Management, EDI, and User Acceptance Testing departments. He brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and customer service management, including 8 years working at Ceridian. Brad has worked as FlexSystem Product Manager and has been involved in many TASC acquisitions. He has been instrumental in the development and deployment of numerous system and service enhancements at TASC.

Bruce Whitmore

Enterprise Shared Services Officer

Bruce leads TASC’s Enterprise Shared Services including Operational Human Resources, Finance and Technology, as well as Enterprise Risk Management and print and intake functions. He brings 30-plus years of experience in both start-ups and large corporations, with a strong background in financial technology services, healthcare and financial industries. Prior to TASC, Bruce has led Shared Services organizations and brings a Fintech discipline with mobile banking environments.

Since joining TASC, Wendy has made considerable contributions to improve the financial processes, transparency, and stability of TCB Enterprise with her dedication to refining workflows and strong data integrity. Wendy has also been instrumental in executing an economic engine at the service model level as well as transitioning our accounting, reporting, and forecasting process to be nimbler with direct connectivity back to the business drivers.

Brett is responsible for leading TASC’s Traditional Sales Division, which is expected to grow 20-30 percent each year. He has a track record of overachieving sales benchmarks by leading with drive and passion. He is an advocate for change and innovation that allows the Traditional Sales Division to strategically align with our sales distribution channels and their clients. With over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the Human Capital Management space, his mission is to “Lead Seekers to Greater Levels of Success.”
