Madison, Wisconsin – December 27, 2016 – The Give Back Foundation, the donor-advised fund responsible for offering the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) for the Office of Personnel Management of the U.S. Federal Government, is pleased to announce the beginning of the Charity Enrollment process.
