EDI Processing Specialist III (174)

POSITION PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, performing processing activities in the EDI area. Processing activities may include data entry, scanning, and auditing. Secondary responsibilities include special projects as assigned and back-up phone support as required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working core hours of Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. The position will report to the Manager of Business Administration.

  • Advanced alphanumeric data entry speed
  • Skilled at analytic thinking and problem analysis
  • Ability to own processes and function as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to document standard processes
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of auditing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or equivalency to a high school diploma, post-high school education, and/or classes outside of high school (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in professional office environment (preferred)
