Processing Assistant - Seasonal (313)

POSITION PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, performing processing activities in the Customer Service area. Processing activities may include data entry, scanning, auditing, and general office duties. Secondary responsibilities include special projects as assigned and phone back-up support as needed.

These are part-time seasonal, non-exempt positions working 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 3:00pm and 10:00pm CST. These positions will work from our corporate offices in Madison, Wisconsin and will report to the Supervisor of Business Administration.

POSITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to learn and use multiple systems simultaneously including Microsoft Office
  • Moderate alphanumeric data entry speed
  • Skills in mathematics to calculate data or solve practical problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in professional office environment (preferred)
