TASC is hiring Temporary, Full time Customer Care Specialists to provide exceptional service to federal employees and retirees across the world. You will answer questions about their one-time or annual charitable gift in their employee giving program. The nature of the calls require active listening skills, and professional delivery of information while providing service in a fast-paced call center environment located on the northeast side of Madison. We are looking for friendly and articulate individuals, with average computer skills, who can commit to TASC from November 27, 2017 through mid-January 2018. The positions will be located at our corporate office on International Lane (down the street from Dane County Airport) in Madison, Wisconsin.
