Customer Care Specialist - Temporary, with Health Benefits & Paid Holidays! (419)

POSITION PURPOSE:

TASC is hiring Temporary, Full time Customer Care Specialists to provide exceptional service to federal employees and retirees across the world. You will answer questions about their one-time or annual charitable gift in their employee giving program. The nature of the calls require active listening skills, and professional delivery of information while providing service in a fast-paced call center environment located on the northeast side of Madison. As part of a federal contract, our employees will enjoy health benefits and paid holidays. All qualified candidates must be able to pass a federal background check.

We are looking for friendly and articulate individuals, with average computer skills, who can commit to TASC from November 27, 2017 through mid-January 2018. The positions will be located at our corporate office on International Lane (down the street from Dane County Airport) in Madison, Wisconsin.

We offer:

  • Eight hour shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

POSITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to external client inquiries and provides complete information
  • Ability to receive and use supervisor feedback to demonstrate growth in the position
  • Ability to learn and use multiple systems simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma
  • One or more years of demonstrated experience in a Front Line Customer Service environment
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check
