Madison, WI (February 22, 2024) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a national third-party administrator of employee benefits, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Rosenstock to Chief Service Offering Officer (CSOO). Christian replaces Pam Reynolds who was recently named TASC’s Chief Executive Officer.
Since joining TASC in 2010, Christian has held several different roles and made major contributions. As the EVP of Business Development at TASC, Christian lead the strategic planning and performance of several business units, implemented product management at TSAC and, launched dozens of new products driving significant growth. During this time, TASC grew from 7 product offerings to over 50 and Christian and his team launched the fastest growing new product in company history, Affordable Care Act Employee Reporting.
As the President of the MicroBusiness Division at TASC, Christian led the team to a 68% increase in sales production over the prior year, with the same size sales force. As the EVP of Joint Ventures and Special Operations, Christian created a Joint Venture, and acquired 2 businesses.
Christian has over 25 years of experience in multiple industries including insurance and financial services leading product development and management, strategic planning, team leadership, project management, business operations, technology, and mergers/acquisitions.
In his new position, Christian leads product strategy and management, new product development, market research, and helps support strategic and operational initiatives across TASC. Also, because TASC pays attention to our customers, Christian leads TASC’s Voice of Customer program.

Both TASC and Christian share a passion for philanthropy. Christian is the founder and Executive Director of Gunning For Hope, a 501(c)3 that raises money for cancer research through shooting and hunting fundraisers. So far, Gunning For Hope has raised over $700,000 for life saving cancer research.
