TASC Cares

In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, TASC wanted to help companies like ours navigate the changes.

With our expertise in benefits, payroll and compliance - we knew we could give advice, guidance and instruction. But we could do even more with our Universal Benefit Account. This revolutionary offering allowed us to create 20 new emergency response benefits that helped employers help their employees.

While many TPAs offered a Home Office Account to help employees set up remote offices, TASC went beyond that. We created Disaster Relief Fund, Emergency Loan, Back-up Care Reimbursement and Crisis PTO accounts - just to name a few. We offered these accounts free to existing TASC clients in Dane County, Wisconsin.

Our philosophy is to help. As a company and as individuals. Our employees were encouraged to donate PTO hours to others and use paid volunteering hours for organizations in need.

Our leaders also modeled giving back as the Dan & Patti Rashke (TASC) Family Foundation committed a six-figure grant to be distributed to the United Way organizations in regions where there are concentrated numbers of TASC employees who had donated to our annual campaign. The funds were designated to be used for those financially impacted by COVID-19. Visit our Newsroom to learn more.
