When Claim ConneX is established for an HRA or FSA plan, claims are received automatically from the insurance carrier which means:

  • Faster and more efficient service with no need to submit requests for reimbursement.
  • Timely payments. 
  • Reduced employee impact and questions.
  • Less paperwork!

To get started, simply download, print, and complete the Claim ConneX Plan Application, taking care to include thorough carrier and plan information; then sign and return the form to TASC. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will perform a number of tasks on your behalf to begin the process of activating this great benefit. We will contact the carrier(s),* obtain and implement the necessary agreements, and establish and test the Claim ConneX procedure for you!

Please note, in some cases TASC may need to obtain a carrier-specific authorization form. In addition, while most carriers will perform electronic claim feeds for benefit accounts (i.e. FSA, HRA, HSA, etc.), certain carriers may not be equipped to do so; Claim ConneX is not available for those carriers at present. In either case, TASC will contact you.
