Availability Note: Updates for our MyTASC Mobile Application via Google Play for Android™ users are typically available on the same day as our communication/announcement. Apple® iOS users could experience a delay of 5-7 days due to Apple’s application review process. All current MyTASC Mobile App users should receive an automatic update notification on their mobile devices within a week of our communication.

Benefits on the go! Now you can quickly and easily track your benefits account balances and submit reimbursement requests any time using your mobile device.

Free download for Apple® (version 9 or higher) or Android™ (version 4.4 or higher) operating systems.

MyTASC Mobile App Features:

  • Secure login with current MyTASC ( username and password.
    • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption over the internet.
    • Login memory for fast access (remember username).
    • Retrieval of username and password if forgotten.
  • Real-time FlexSystem account balances, for both active and closing plans.
  • Ability to submit requests for reimbursement directly from your mobile device.
  • Ability to submit substantiation using phone camera to take picture of receipts.
  • Request for Reimbursement amounts and status.
  • Plan information, plan eligibility dates, last day for spending, last day to submit, annual election amount, and reimbursement and contribution totals.
  • MyCash balance and transaction history, including deposits, transfers, and purchases.
  • Previously submitted claim details, such as service date, provider, and payment amount.
  • Help screen available for troubleshooting.


MyTASC Mobile Text Messaging (SMS)

TASC Mobile presents MyTASC Mobile Text Messaging (SMS), an instant interactive communication method available for Participants who possess the following:

  • MyTASC username and password (established through our MyTASC website).
  • Mobile device (phone or tablet) with text message (SMS) capabilities.

MyTASC Mobile Text Messaging Features:

  • Participants/employees activate texting option online through their MyTASC account
  • 2-way instant communication to obtain account information.

MyTASC Mobile Text Messaging Functionality: Simply send a text message to FlexSystem!

  • Request current FlexSystem account balance.
  • Receive automated reimbursement status alerts.

Standard text messaging rates from your wireless service provider may apply.
