Our Community Engagement

We believe supporting the charitable efforts of our employees is one of our most valuable  benefit offerings. Our goal is supporting our employees and their communities while making TASC a great place to work.

Paid Volunteer Time

One of our unique benefit offerings is paid employee volunteer time. Each employee receives 40 paid annual volunteer hours to serve their communities during business hours. We support the causes that are important to our employees.

We’ve seen entire TASC departments work the evening rush at a local food pantry, participation in national disaster relief efforts, and some who have started their own charitable organizations.

Dollars for Doers

Our Dollars for Doers program encourages employees to volunteer during non-working hours. For every hour of volunteering outside of work hours, we donate money into their giving account that they can re-gift to a nonprofit organization.

Employee Championed Donations

We also donate generously to causes our employees care about and are involved. Employees can request support for their non-profit's events, programs, or even a matching gift for their fundraising efforts (charity runs, walks, bike rides, etc.)
