TASC Secure Email
To ensure the privacy of your health information, TASC has a secure email messaging system.
It is indicated by this Secure Message subject line: [SECURE] Message from TASC. This subject cue will clarify that the email message is valid and secure.
We use this Secure Message system strictly for sending sensitive or confidential information related to TASC account(s). This information will come as a Secure Attachment (message.html) that is safeguarded by the Secure email service. These emails will include any message related to the following:
• Bank Identification (routing) Numbers
• Your Social Security Number
• Direct Deposit
• New MyTASC PIN
• Participant Termination
• Account Late Payment Notice
• Negative Balance Invoice
• Negative Balance Invoice
• Account On-Hold Notice
• And more of a similar sensitive or confidential nature.
NOTE: You may wish to check with your company’s IT staff to ensure that emails with the [SECURE] subject line tag are not detained by your SPAM filter.
As a reminder, TASC does not distribute email requesting users to click links to validate information, and these Secure email messages will never include requests to update personal information.
