We’ve talked a lot about how TASC is in our Growth Era. But growth doesn’t just mean getting bigger, it means getting better. We are always looking inward to improve how we can serve clients, streamline complex processes, and cut down on administrative friction. A recent update to the MyTASC platform is a perfect example, which introduced the Benefit Continuation Plan Renewal Tool. This new tool isn’t just an update. It’s an enhancement improving how we handle plan renewals for our COBRA and other benefit continuation clients to make it faster, easier, and more flexible for everyone involved.
The Benefit Continuation Renewal Tool replaces our standard Premium Collection Form to make the entire process faster, clearer, and more intuitive. It offers built-in flexibility for both tier-based and age-based plans, as well as guided path assistance for each client’s specific needs. Clients no longer need to use our old paper form, and they no longer need to separately enter a Support Request for renewals. Plus, the new guided renewal path helps minimize back-and-forth clarifying plan questions, ensuring we get everything we need up front while saving time and confusion on both sides.
The impact of this new tool is already clear. A TASC Distributor who recently used the tool to renew their COBRA book with us offered lots of great feedback, including, “Having the output report immediately after submission and not having to submit a support request is great!” The distributor also noted that they no longer have to go look for the Premium Collection Form and that “…renewals using the tool can be done quickly.”
