New Legislation Relief for COBRA & FMLA
The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed on March 11 and includes additional relief for employers and their employees for 2021. Please be advised on the three areas of the legislation that impact TASC offerings:
COBRA - Extended Subsidies
FMLA – Extended Employer Tax Credits
Dependent Care FSA – Increased Contribution Limit
