Across offerings, clients can be assigned a dedicated account representative, receive HIPAA certification for health eligible participants, utilize expert help with creating documents, and more. Within an FSA, these serivices allow for premium enhancements, including: payroll data file submission, non-FSA premium tracking, FSA COBRA administration, plan year changes, carrier request for reimbursement submission, and special point of claim funding.
Distributors
Distributors may need special services such as a dedicated account representative and an affordable hourly rate for special projects, dental actuarial quotes, or assistance with Requests for Proposals (RFPs).All Premium Services fees are non-commissionable.
