Getting started with your Benefit Continuation plan is easy! Please follow these steps…

Please review the documents to learn about your responsibilities for COBRA administration and about the extensive services that TASC will supply for you.

2. NEW Clients – Register for a New Client Webinar.

Federal COBRA (20 or more total employees)

State Continuation (19 or fewer employees)

As part of our New Client Onboarding process, we offer a complementary training session. This interactive session helps ensure the success of your plan right from the start. It provides you with the opportunity to ask questions about your new plan and explains how to use many critical administrative features, including the Benefit Continuation Services website and much more.

If no available webinar works with your schedule, we will make every effort to accommodate an individual training session that does. To schedule an alternate session, please email tasconboarding@tasconline.com and provide two available dates and times. Once scheduled, an email will be sent to confirm your appointment.

3. Review your Plans.

It is important that you review your individual plans once your records are available. TASC requires that you audit the tiers and payment amounts (premium amounts) that are established and notify us immediately if any updates are required. To do so, sign into your account:

  • Go to ubaclient.tasconline.com (If you are having trouble accessing our website, please note that Chrome is the preferred browser).
  • Before you can sign in for the first time, you must sign up for an account. Locate the area that asks First time here? and click the green Sign up link.
  • Enter your email address and create a password.

If you have any questions, simply log into your account and click on Contact Us to complete a support request. Most support requests are addressed within two business days. You may also call Customer Care at 608-241-1900 or toll-free at 800-422-4661. Please have your 12-digit TASC ID available when contacting us.
