Enterprise Shared Services Officer

Bruce leads TASC’s Enterprise Shared Services including Operational Human Resources, Finance and Technology, as well as Enterprise Risk Management and print and intake functions. 

He brings 30-plus years of experience in both start-ups and large corporations, with a strong background in financial technology services, healthcare and financial industries. Prior to TASC, Bruce has led Shared Services organizations and brings a Fintech discipline with mobile banking environments. 

Bruce is also a military veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Operation Desert Storm.

Bruce holds degrees in Strategic Management of Information Systems from Cardinal Stritch University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Minnesota
