TASC Wins 2015 HTI HealthDifference™ Award

Madison, Wis. – (December 3, 2015) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) was recently recognized by the Healthcare Trends Institute (HTI) second annual HealthDifference™ Awards for contribution to the betterment of the healthcare benefits industry.  

TASC was the recipient of the 2015 Gold Award for Best Small Business Benefit Plan/Solution. This award was presented to TASC for development of its AgriPlan and BizPlan service offerings. Through use of these innovative Plans a self-employed small business owner is able to deduct 100 percent of his/her family’s medical expenses. TASC Honored by the United Way

MADISON, Wis. (November 19, 2015) - TASC, the largest privately held, third-party employee benefits administrator in the country, was honored by the United Way of Dane County for its recent fundraising success. TASC received the 2015 Red Feather Award for the largest dollar increase in employee giving for large employers with 350 or more employees.  TASC also finished among the top local large employers for the highest percent participation in an employee campaign, the highest average gift per donor, the largest percent increase in new donors, and for total employee and corporate giving. In addition, TASC received a Platinum Award for having a campaign with employee gifts averaging $250 or more per employees and a campaign award of distinction for having an increase of 25 percent or more in 2015.

“I am overjoyed at the generosity shown by TASC’s employees,” said Dan Rashke, 2015 United Way Campaign Chair and CEO of TASC. “TASC’s employees rocked this year, and together with employees at similarly-minded companies, we will be moving families on pathways out of poverty over the next year.”

The Dan and Patti Rashke (TASC) Family Foundation added to their employees’ giving by generously offering up a $350,000 matching grant to spur breakthrough funding for United Way. This innovative grant matches one-time, significant gifts which will fund United Way initiatives.

 

TASC Receives a PRSA Alchemy Award

TASC’s Marketing Team was honored at the 2015 Alchemy Awards ceremony on October 15, 2015.

Madison, Wis. – October 16, 2015 – TASC has been awarded a 2015 Alchemy Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Madison chapter. PRSA awarded TASC’s exceptional 40th Anniversary multi-media campaign for setting clear objectives, performing thorough research and planning, and utilizing effective execution and creativity to obtain measurable, data-based results.

TASC’ 40th anniversary campaign focused on TASC’s history and achievements over the past four decades, and highlighted TASC as an innovative, reliable partner that cares about its clients and the communities in which they live and work. The campaign featured several tactics including: a new commemorative logo, a historical timeline—featured in print, video, and on our website, an informative 40 facts flyer with notable TASC statistics, a TASC Museum, 40 hours of paid volunteer time for employees, and a huge Giving Together event in March, in which 500 employees were sent to 40 local non-profit agencies across the Madison area to volunteer.

TASC CEO is named a 2015 HealthCare Consumerism Superstar

Madison, Wis. (September 22, 2015) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a provider of tax-advantaged medical and other benefits account management services, is pleased to announce that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dan Rashke has been named as one of the recipients of the organization’s 10th annual HealthCare Consumerism Superstars and Industry Innovator Awards. TASC launches ACA Employer Reporting Service Offering

Madison, WI (September 9, 2015): TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) is pleased to announce the launch of the ACA Employer Reporting service offering to help employers  comply with the Employer Shared Responsibility Mandate (ESRM). Implementation of the Affordable Care Act, with its increased regulations has many employers facing escalated complexity related to compliance. And now ESRM will make employers responsible for multiple facets of reporting on their employer qualification, employee qualification, and reporting to the IRS.

TASC's ACA Employer Reporting service offering will help employers determine if they are an Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) and if ESRM applies to them. TASC to acquire BMO Benefits Services

Madison, WI>(September 2, 2015)>TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire BMO Benefit Services, a part of BMO Global Asset Management and a division of BMO Harris Bank N.A.  BMO Benefit Services works with organizations to provide tax-free savings options for their employees, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).

With this acquisition TASC remains the largest privately held, third-party employee benefits administrator in the country.

We are pleased to work with BMO Global Asset Management on this transaction,” said Dan Rashke, CEO of TASC. “Their focus on quality and customer service is a perfect fit with our mission to deliver innovative services with right-touch experiences for our distributors, clients, and plan participants.”

Today, with a sales force of more than 10,000 combined distributors and regional sales directors and more than 900 employees nationwide, TASC processes over $2 billion in payments annually.  With TASC, clients of BMO Benefit Services will have access to additional benefits administration services.

Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions under the transaction agreement, the transaction is expected to close September 30, 2015.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TASC Hires President

Madison, Wis. (April 6, 2015) - TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), the country’s largest privately-held, third-party employee benefits administrator, is pleased to announce the hire of Cliff Mason as the corporation’s new President.

Mason comes to TASC from Swift Exchange, LLC. As Executive Vice President of Payment Technologies, Mason led multiple teams focused on facilitating Swift’s strategy for in-store payments with enterprise merchants in North America. Mason brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including payments networks and services. He has extensive expertise in ACH, card, check, credit, debit, prepaid and alternative systems of payment such as via internet/mobile.

In addition, Mason’s experience includes working in sales for an emerging payments technology company (that was acquired by Google), and helping to create and manage a company with revenues that grew from $5 million to over $70 million today.

TASC acquires MGIS CDH Service Offering

TASC Celebrates 40 Years of Growing and Excelling

Madison, Wis. (January 6, 2015) – Since 1975, TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) has been helping family farmers, small business owners, and larger employers provide affordable healthcare, retirement planning and compliance benefits for their families and employees across the nation.
