Welcome to your TASC Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)!

Getting started is easy. Please follow these steps...

1. Download the TASC HRA Client Administration Manual.

The contents review plan funding, reimbursements, compliance, online account management, business processing event timeline, and much more.

2. Print and save your TASC HRA Plan Document.

Keep with copy of your signed plan application. In addition to providing administrative policies and procedures offered by TASC, your plan document represents full operation and compliance with a Section 105 Health Reimbursement Arrangement.

3. Schedule required phone call to complete your plan set up.

Please email tasconboarding@tasconline.com with two dates and times that would work best for a 30-45 minute telephone call.

NOTE: Plan cannot be set up or enrolled until this call is completed.

4. View the TASC HRA presentation.

The TASC HRA Client Overview  explains how to sign in, view employees, run reports, and much more.

5. Download the enrollment spreadsheet, change form, and other documents. 

Important documents, including the User Guide, enrollment spreadsheet, and change form, can be downloaded at your convenience from the TASC HRA Documents web page.

In addition, please download the Terms of Use (TC-6085) and Specifications (TC-6071).

6. Enroll employees who wish to participate.

Simply compile information in the enrollment spreadsheet. Be sure to include email addresses and home and/or cell phone numbers for all participants. To submit, sign in to your account and submit a Support Request with attachment.

NOTE: For participants with home and/or cell phone numbers captured in our phone number recognition system, we are able to swiftly identify and route the caller directly to a Customer Care Specialist. 

7. If you elected the TASC Card, notify participants to watch for their card.

Participants will receive TASC Cards in approximately 7-10 days after the enrollment is complete. The cards are sent in a blank, white envelope from our card vendor; please alert participants to watch incoming mail to ensure receipt.

8. If you elected Claim ConneX, your insurance carrier will submit Participant claims.

With the innovative Claim ConneX service option provided by TASC, your health insurance carrier will submit employee medical claims directly to TASC for HRA reimbursement. And because we receive the claims automatically from the health plan carrier, your employees need not manually submit claims or substantiation documents. Once you have submitted Participant enrollment information, we will begin processing claims from your health plan carrier based on your HRA Plan start date.
